URGENT CARE PRICING
Cash-Pay Urgent Care Telehealth Visits
For patients without insurance or those who prefer not to use their coverage, we offer a $79 self-pay option.
- Flat-Rate Pricing: Each telehealth visit has a set price of $79 with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
- Payment Due at Booking: Full payment is required before the consultation and is non-refundable. Life Happens! you can reschedule within the patient portal- no additional charge.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
- No Insurance Hassles: Cash-pay patients do not need to worry about claim submissions, prior authorizations, or insurance restrictions. Fast, stress free option for both parties.
Insurance-Pay Telehealth Urgent Care Visits
Patients with health insurance may use their coverage for telehealth visits. We accept most major insurance plans. However, coverage varies depending on your provider and specific policy.
- Co-Pay & Deductibles: Patients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance as outlined in their insurance plan.
- Coverage Verification: Patients should confirm telehealth coverage with their insurance provider before booking an appointment. Some plans may have restrictions on virtual visits.
- Billing & Claims: We will submit claims directly to your insurance provider. Any remaining balance after insurance processing will be billed to the patient.
- A Non-refundable $10 booking fee is required. Visits may be self-rescheduled at no additional charge within the patient portal.

Diagnosic Urgent Care offers membership plans for convenient and cost-effective telehealth services. Whether you need occasional. ongoing care, chronic care or prescription management. Our plans provide savings and priority access to expert providers.
Basic Membership – $50/month
Includes one telehealth visit per month with a 20% discount on additional visits. Prescription refills and lab orders are included in visits, with discounted pricing on additional services. Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice.
Premium Membership – $99/month
Includes two telehealth visits per month, unlimited secure messaging with a provider, and priority scheduling. Covers up to four household members and provides a 20% discount on additional visits throughout the month.
